Do We Have Contact-Free Service?
Yes! The health and safety of our customers
around Raynham is of the utmost importance to us. We currently offer
contact-free servicing where you can drop your vehicle off at the dealership,
leave your keys in a drop box and be on your way. When your vehicle is serviced
and ready to be picked up, we'll contact you and leave your keys in a
pre-determined place so you can get in and be on your way without encountering
anyone. Our service technicians wear gloves, masks and use covers for the
seats, steering wheel and anything else they come in contact with. We
thoroughly clean and sanitize your vehicle before and after service to ensure
that it's safe.
Why is it Important to Regularly Service My
Vehicle?
The best way to avoid large problems from
arising in your vehicle is to have it regularly serviced at routine intervals.
Routine servicing includes oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements,
alignments, brake service, inspections, and more, allowing us to properly
maintain your vehicle and keep it performing at the highest level. We suggest
consulting your owner's manual to learn more about what mileage intervals are
suggested for servicing.
When Do I Know I Need Auto Service?
It varies. You could notice that your vehicle
isn't performing the way it used to or you could simply check your owner's
manual for the suggested services after different mileage intervals.
When Should I Get an Oil Change
It's now suggested that you get your vehicle
serviced any time after 5,000 miles traveled, but those numbers can vary
depending on what kind of driving you do and even what the weather is like in
the Cranston area.
When Should I Check Fluid Levels
You should always make sure that your vehicle's
fluid levels are topped off to ensure that it continues to perform the way it
was engineered to. From coolant to windshield wiper fluid, it's important that
you have the proper amounts of fluids in your Subaru vehicle.
When Should I Change my Cabin Air
Filter?
To ensure that your cabin is receiving clean
air, we suggest changing your cabin air filter once a year.
When Should I Have MY Brakes Checked
Normally, the number to go by would be around
10,000 miles. However, if you hear a squeaking noise or your brakes aren't
performing like they used to, it's important that you bring your vehicle in for
servicing as soon as you can.
When Does My Battery Need to be
Replaced?
In Somerset and all over Massachusetts and Rode
Island, we experience cold winters. If you notice that your vehicle is having a
tough time starting, you should get a replacement battery. Generally batteries
last for around three years.
When Should I Get My Tires Rotated?
We suggest having your tires rotated every 6,000
miles traveled or twice a year. As soon as you notice uneven wear is also a
good time.
When Do I Need to Replace my Tires
If you get your tires rotated regularly, your
tires can last you thousands of miles. It all depends on the wear. If you've
had your tires for over 6 years, you should also replace them as they can
crack.
Do I need a Service Appointment?
Although we do accept walk-ins, we suggest
scheduling a service appointment beforehand to ensure that we'll be able to
give your vehicle the undivided attention and expertise that it needs so you
can get back on the road in no time.
